Welcome...
The East Coast Umpire Association, formerly known as the Palm Beach Officials Association was formed in 1976 to provide the Palm Beach County School
Board with officials for both baseball and softball. Over the years and through tremendous efforts on behalf of the entire association, we have become
recognized as one of the elite group of officials in the state.
Great efforts by our training committees keep us up to date on rule changes, mechanics, and everyday workings of the umpire. We strive to succeed and
provide our High School athletes with the most competent umpires available through out Palm Beach County.
Please contact us if you are new to the area and are interested in officiating high school baseball or softball .... We are not limited to experienced umpires,
we'll train you. All you need to bring is a desire to learn. Click on the link to download the
ECUA Membership application or visit our New Members page.

Please note the following changes:
Welcome to all retuning members and new members that plan to join the East Coast Umpires Association this year. We have made a few changes in our sign up methods
this year.
1. Returning members are not required to complete an application. Returning members need only to submit payment of dues, either at the General Meetings, or by mail.
2. New members are required to fill out an ECUA Membership Application.
3. If you wish to mail application and/or dues send to:
East Coast Umpires Association
Post Office Box 17845
West Palm Beach, Fl. 33415.
Do not send applications and / or dues to Steve, Evan, Stan, Mona or Jay.
The secretary will pick up the mail prior to all meetings and record all applications and dues during that nights' meeting; an active roster will be completed the next day.
Any dues sent to anyone other than the Post Office Box well not be entered into the roster until after the next meeting. The Executive Board will not accept any new
member application and dues after the January 9, 2012 General meeting. Returning members that wait until after the January 9, 2012 General Meeting will be assisted a
late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00), and could lose assignments in the first couple of weeks of the season, and or after the January 16, 2012 General meeting when the new
roster is completed. The 2012 East Coast Umpires membership roster will be completed and closed after the start of the 2012 Baseball and Softball Season.
